ConvertPort

ConvertPort image optimization tools help you publish faster pages and protect privacy. Compress photos for email and websites, resize images to exact dimensions, or remove GPS and camera EXIF data before sharing.

Compress images without converting away from your format

Use quality sliders, PNG compression levels, or max file size targets to shrink images while keeping the same output format when you need compatibility.

Resize by width, height, or percentage

Scale photos for thumbnails, hero banners, or CMS upload limits. Aspect ratio is preserved automatically when you resize by one side or percentage.

Remove EXIF and GPS metadata

Strip camera make, lens, timestamp, and location tags from photos before publishing. Metadata removal also reduces file size on many JPEG and PNG exports.

Works with common web and camera formats

Optimize JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, and GIF in the same format. Use the main image converter when you need to convert HEIC iPhone photos or SVG logos to another format.

Your data security and privacy

ConvertPort is designed with privacy first. When you upload images for conversion, your files are handled securely and are never stored permanently on our servers.

How we protect your uploads

  • All transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption, so your images are encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers.
  • Files are uploaded directly to private cloud storage via time-limited presigned URLs that expire after 15 minutes — no public links are ever created.
  • Uploaded files and converted results are automatically deleted within 48 hours. Download links expire after 24 hours.
  • Only validated image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, GIF, and SVG) are accepted. File type is verified by MIME type and content inspection, not just the file extension.
  • Rate limiting prevents abuse. Security headers including Content Security Policy (CSP) protect against common web attacks.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your images for training or any purpose other than completing your conversion request.

Data retention policy

Uploaded source images and converted output files are automatically removed from our systems within 48 hours of upload. Job metadata is purged on the same schedule via database TTL. We do not maintain an archive of your files.
